ADVANCED USE

There is a separate window with a Web application for managing Tours called the Tour Editor.

A Tour author can invoke this window in a new tab by pressing the "Open tour editor" button in the Settings menu:

TourEditor

This opens up a new tab in your browser which contains the following:

Using this window you can:

- Set the active Keyframe. Useful (among others) for single-stepping any live members of your multi-step Tour

- Edit the active keyframe manually using the various controls in the "Edit keyframe" section (including the precise coded details of the Keyframe circled in green)

- Insert a new Keyframe after the active Keyframe

- Add a new Keyframe to the end of the Tour

- Delete the active Keyframe

- Type in the caption (subtitle) for the active Keyframe

- Record or upload the voiceover for the active Keyframe

- Administer Tour Annotations for the active Keyframe

- Upload a background music track (MP3 or WAV file) for the Tour

- Download the entire Tour (or all of the Tours sounds) to a local file (for backup purposes)

- Upload a previously saved local file containing the Tour

It is often convenient to drag the Tour Editor tab to be a separate browser window (perhaps on a second screen) and use it side by side in conjunction with the main GeoReality authoring window. For example, you can insert a new Keyframe somewhere using the Tour Editor and then populate its contents from the GeoReality authoring window using Broadcast mode, manual push.
